Abstract:

The aim of this study to evaluate Study of new Quinoline -2-one derivatives (Q3) and application of the molecule on the DNA gyrase which purified from clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA31. DNA gyrase enzyme was purified from clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA31 with 70% saturation of ammonium sulphate then DEAE-cellulose column with final stage gel
