Status of Oral Chrono pharmaceuticals Drug Delivery System, Latest Technologies, and Hurdles

Abstract:

Homeostatic theory, upon which conventional drug condition of all biological activities remains constant over time. It was subsequently acknowledged in the field of logic that the concept of homeostasis in the body is never again obvious. Therefore, scientists are thinking about how to use circadian rhyming to create a novel kind of medicine administration called chronotherapeutics, which might lead to new forms of treatment called chronotherapy. However, state of the art and the challenges faced by chronotherapeutics published within the last two decades, in addition to reports and textbooks from the same time period. In conclusion, there is an excess of research into potential new medication delivery methods that could improve health outcomes via tailored treatment. Therefore, there must be massive investment in chronotherapy research. It is also necessary to pool all existing innovative drug delivery systems so that they can be improved over time and shared with regulatory agencies so that clinical trial pathways can be developed through collaboration between researchers and policymakers.
