How We Work

  1. Share your manuscript and goals. Tell us what stage your work is at and what kind of support you need — editing, formatting, journal selection, or a combination.
  2. We assess and scope the work. We review your manuscript and confirm exactly what we'll deliver, the timeline, and the cost, before any work begins.
  3. We do the work; you stay in control. Edits, formatting, and suggestions are delivered for your review — nothing is submitted anywhere without your approval.
  4. You submit, with our support behind you. If you'd like help with the submission package or reviewer correspondence, we're available through that stage too.
  5. We're here after submission. If reviewer feedback comes back, we can help you prepare a clear, well-organized response and revised manuscript.

We have hands-on experience preparing and submitting manuscripts to journals published by major academic publishers, including:

  • Elsevier
  • Springer
  • Wiley
  • Sage
  • Taylor & Francis

For each of these, we know the specific submission systems, author guideline formats, citation styles, and structural conventions their journals expect — the details that make the difference between a smooth submission and a delayed or desk-rejected one.

Please note: submission to any journal published by these organizations is open to every researcher directly, free of charge, through the publisher's own portal — no third party, including us, has special "access" that isn't already available to you. What we offer is experience: we've prepared and submitted manuscripts to these publishers' journals before, and we know their formatting and process requirements well. We do not have, and do not claim to have, any influence over their independent editorial or peer review decisions, and we do not guarantee acceptance in any journal from any publisher.
